FileOn Permission Manager (FPM) enables users sharing sensitive documents to keep control over their documents by setting permissions to the documents prior to sending the document to recipient. 

Download and Install the software.  Set permissions to MS Office Suite - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint documents.  Include other content as required and save the package (.fpm).  Send the package via e-mail or (www.ClicknSync.com). 

  1. Accessible On: Decide what date the document can be
    accessed by the recipient
     

  2. Expires On: Set the Expiration date for the sent
    document
     

  3. Set No. of Views: Control the number of times the
    document can be viewed by the recipient
     

  4. Viewable For: Define amount of time (hours & minutes) the document is viewable
     

  5. Disable recipient's applications ability to
    Save/Save As, Print/Print Preview use these functions 

FileOn Permission Manager controls the above functionality on MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.  

FPM is a peer-to-peer (P2P) application, requires no server software.  Includes compression technology and password encryption technology to support secure transfer and sharing of documents between sender and receiver.  Try the completed product, send and receive documents as required.

  

  

Receiver of Confidential Information

Receiving the package (.fpm), download and install FileOn Permission Manager.  Open the package received and double click on the documents.  Your access to the information will be restricted based on senders document permission settings. 

Additionally, you can see the permissions settings on the document as the icon on the right will display what restrictions are placed on them.
