FileOn Permission Manager

FileOn Permission Manager (FPM) enables users sharing sensitive documents to keep control over their documents by setting permissions prior to sending the document to recipient. FileOn Permission Manager controls the native application functionality to limit access as the receiver reviews the controlled documents. This unique desktop software includes both Sender and Receiver modules.

FileOn Permission Manager (Receiver) is 100% Free. Review any documents sent as .fpm packages, download/install and open the packages.

FileOn Permission Manager (Sender) a license is required. This is used to set permissions and create a .fpm packages for distribution as secured content.

Sender Module - Document Permission Settings & Secured Document Sharing

Download and Install the software. Permissions can be set on MS Office Suite - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint documents. Other documents and content can be included in the final package (.fpm). Create a package by giving it a name and then include the documents you want to share. Set the permissions on the documents and then send the package via e-mail, etc.

	Decide what date the document can be accessed by the recipient Set the Expiration date for the sent document Control the number of times the document can be viewed by the recipient Define amount of time (hours & minutes) the document is viewable Disable recipient's applications ability to Save/Save As, Print/Print Preview use these functions
	FileOn Permission Manager 1.0 can control the above functionality on MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. Support for Adobe Reader coming soon.

Receiver Module - Secured Document Review & Access

Receiving the package (.fpm), the content can be opened using the FileOn Permission Manager software. If not installed download and install, the desktop software, then open the package received and double click the document that require review.

The appropriate application on your desk top will open, e.g. .doc will launch MS Word and the content will be displayed.

Please note that FileOn Permission Manager will control the application functions for View, Save and Print.
